Guide to help grant applicants to develop project proposals for water banking pilot grant funding in rural counties. Grants were first restricted to headwater rural counties but effective 3/39/24 the Legislature expanded program to all rural counties and raised the maximum grant amount from $2 million to $4 million per applicant. These guidelines were revised to reflect these changes. |
