Station 05B090 Description
The North Fork Stillaguamish River originates from several branches near Finney Peak. It flows south and then west through the western foothills of the Cascade mountain range. Along the way it gathers many tributaries of which the Boulder River and Deer Creek are some of the largest. North Fork Stillaguamish supports chinook, coho, chum, and pink salmon, as well as steelhead and bull trout, along with other native trout species. The gage on the North Fork Stillaguamish River is at the north end of the Whitman Road bridge near Oso, WA. The vertical datum for gage height at this station is NAVD88.
