The Site currently operates as an electrical substation facility, and has used of petroleum products in the past, as shown on historical Sanborn maps.  In April 2018, a release of petroleum to soils and groundwater was identified during drilling of a monitoring well located on the east side of Worthen Street.  The monitoring well was installed as part of a Remedial Investigation (RI) being conducted at the Coleman Oil Biodiesel Spill site.

A photograph was taken showing soil saturated with petroleum.  Laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater samples reported gasoline range organics (GRO), diesel range organics (DRO), heavy oil range organics (HRO), and benzene above Model Toxics Cleanup Act (MTCA) cleanup levels.
