Oily Water Sewer
The refinery’s hazardous waste permit identified the oily water sewer as a solid waste management unit with potential for releases to soil and groundwater. While we are not aware of any current releases from the unit, and Agreed Order and corrective action hazardous waste permit requires BP to investigate and clean up any contamination.
