Location description:
The Improvement will take place within the Wallula Gap Business Park, an approximately 1,400-acre property owned by the port of Walla Walla in the Wallula Gap Area. The Improvement begins approximately 1/2 mile to the east of the Wallula-Dodd Water System reservoir at the coordinates: 46°07'27.27'' N, 118°53'20.38'' W. From here, the improvement will be installed southward along the east edge of the property until it reaches Worden Rd. It will then turn eastward along Worden Rd. and cross US Hwy 12 at milepost 304.49
