Location description:
The construction will be in the county and state right of ways. There are several easements that parallel the road to avoid locating in state right of way where possible.This project will be meandering around roads that will be excavated, pipe installed, and backfilled daily not leaving any open ditch lines. The project will be restored as it moves through the site. Paving will be repaired with cold patch asphalt until there is enough to bring in the HMA for permanent repair. The construction south site starts at the intersection of Elkins and Chimacum Rd. From the intersection the site travels 900' east on Elkins Rd. The site travels 3500' north on Chimacum Rd. to intersect with SR116. Side roads from Chimacum Rd. At Lopeman Rd. sewer 1000' west. At Church Rd. sewer 800' east and south. At Morrisey sewer 800' west. At Blanche Ave sewer 450' west. At Lawn St. sewer 200' east. !50' south of SR 116 and Chimacum Rd. intersection easement 300' west. At the intersection of Christney Rd. and Blanche Ave. 1300' north to SR 116 on Christney Rd. 400 ' south of SR116 on Christney Rd. easement 600'east.
Northwest corner of project 1800' west of cedar Ave on Mason St to Cedar Ave. South of Cedar Ave and Mason St. 950 feet. Intersection of Cedar Ave. and SR 116 east into easement 1350' to D St. 450' north on D St. then ends. From D St. and SR116 east 1400' to Masonic Hall Rd. North on Masonic Hall Rd then ends. At Masonic Hall Rd. and Matheson St. 620' east to Irondale Rd. At Irondale Rd.300' south then ends. At Matheson St. and Irondale Rd. east 560' to Curtiss St. At Matheson St. and Alley St. 1220' south on Alley onto Curtiss St. and into Kively Center Commercial property. At Matheson and curtiss St. 300' north and 475' South to easement to Water St. 800' east of Curtiss St. on easement to Lower Hadlock and Water St.
