The project site extends along approximately 800 feet of West Jefferson Street between West Evergreen Boulevard and West 13th Street and approximately 550 feet of Kauffman Avenue between West 13th Street and West Mill Plain Boulevard. The project also includes approximately 550 feet of West Markle Avenue between West 13th Street and West Mill Plain Boulevard.
