Location description:
The overall project is a wetland restoration project that entails excavation of 24,000 cubic yards of material
over 5 acres to restore wetland hydrology. Spoil will be hauled off site to an adjacent operator's school for use
in equipment training. Disturbances on the wetland will be restored with native grasses, trees, and shrubs.
A Non-Enforcement action (i.e. permit, notice of construction, etc.) was finalized, issued to the respective party, indicating the non-enforcement action was taken.
