Properties on S Tillicum St and S Tobin St between Shattuck Ave S and Logan Ave S, and properties on Logan Ave S between S Tobin St and S 2nd St. First phase of project includes demolition on properties currently owned by Renton School District, as identified on the attached Site Map, totaling 3.67 acres of land. Demolition will be done on other properties in future phases after the Renton School District has purchased the properties.
