Location description:
The property owners will grade and establish the utilities, interior roads, and building pad footprints for a light industrial park. The project footprint is approximately 94 acres, of which 3.5 acres of identified wetland would be filled in from grading activities. The Industrial Park would have up to 15 future buildings planned at approx. 100,000-250,000 SF per building. This project establishes the utilities, underground stormwater management features, interior roads, and building pad footprints for this planned industrial park.
A Non-Enforcement action (i.e. permit, notice of construction, etc.) was finalized, issued to the respective party, indicating the non-enforcement action was taken.
