Industrial Sites The Industrial Section focuses on three major industries of Washington State: Aluminum Smelters, Oil refineries and Pulp and Paper Mills. The Section's staff is trained to handle the complexities of these industries and is responsible for environmental permitting, site inspections, and compliance issues.
