The TSS appeared very high in the 02/23 influent sampling. At this time we are unsure why
TSS would be indicated as so high in the Influent sampling, we will be checking this and
looking into what may have caused this. As well as ensuring we are doing everything, we can
to maintain this at a lower reading moving forward.
Ammonia Samples came back high in the first set of samples 02/14/23. This may have to do
with the unusual weather patterns that we saw this February ranging from 4 degrees up to 46
degrees with inconsistent weather patterns of sun to snow. Waterfowl came and went this
month. All of these factors could lead to pond turnover multiple times with in the month, the
constant stirring of the ponds could potentially lead to a more septic like environment
allowing for us to pick up more ammonia in sampling. We will continue to monitor this and
act as necessary to prevent issues.
