Leung: The person who can sign and submit DMRs was on vacation. The backup person who can sign and submit DMRs in Portal did not realize that it's only setup for accessing individual permit but not GP. Ecology staff worked with them to resolve this. However, their paperwork and approval process can't be done by 1/15/24 which is on Monday/a Holiday. Therefore, this DMR was submitted after the due date. The backup person emailed me a copy of their 2023 December DMR spreadsheet on 1/15/24. All data is OK.
