Notes:	Leung: The permittee notified Ecology when they were aware of this condition. Due to unknown reasons, chlorine demands were higher during the monitoring period. To meet fecal coliform limits, excess chlorine feeds were required. They also took additional effluent samples (fecal coliform, total residual chlorine (TRC)) at the downstream effluent line near the Port Gardner site and compared the sampling results at the South Effluent Pump Station (SEPS). Please see their DMR attachments for data summary. At SEPS location, monitoring data met fecal coliform limits but not TRC limit. At downstream effluent line location, monitoring data met fecal coliform limits and TRC limits.
