Hello Ellie ---  Thank you for your email below.  Very nice to hear from you.

It turns out we delivered all the updated information to Ecology many months ago, even before permit WA-0024473 was issued.

In summary, the documents were submitted to Scott Mallery with our overall Pretreatment Program Manual (on August 27, 2011 and updated on June 1, 2012).

Tim Pelton from the City of Spokane also submitted pertinent Local Limits document to Scott Mallery dated May 16, 2011 (letter attached in Appendix E).

Additionally, the updated S7.D Local Limits were a component of the County's revised Ordinance also effective June 1, 2012 (attached herewith; see: 8.03A.0204 on page 22&23 of 40 ).

All the pertinent documents can be found in Appendix A and Appendix E of the Pretreatment Manual (efiles attached herewith).  I believe Scott Mallery has several copies in his office.

As noted above, attached are the electronic files.  Please let me know if you need us to print duplicate hard copies, or if Scott's files combined with these efiles will suffice.

On a related note, as you might also know, Spokane County is currently performing the sampling and analysis effort to comply with Section S6.D Local Limits Update in the County's permit WA-0093317 which is due for submittal to Ecology on or before August 15, 2013.  The Local Limits under WA-0093317 may or may not differ from the Local Limits currently established under WA-0024473.

Hi Dave,  I’m tracking down a missing submittal.  It’s actually from Section S7.D in the City’s permit but is a Local Limits update from the County.  If you have record of this submittal being sent to our office, could you please forward it to me along with an electronic version of the update?  The due date was 8/15/2012, which was about 2 weeks before I started working for Ecology.  Sorry for asking for the resubmission.  The permit management changeups (which are now set) put a kink in our document management.
