Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to enter into a settlement with the Chevron Pipeline Company for the North Market Street Superfund site. A De Minimis Consent Decree will be used to implement the settlement and is being issued under the authority of the Model Toxics Control Act. Public Comment period is October 11, 2000 through November 10, 2000.
