Description | The purpose of this rule amendment is to change Chapter 173-401 (Operating Permits Regulation) of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC). This rule amendment contains a number of changes ranging from a typographical error correction to a policy change. The three most important revisions deal with Insignificant Emissions Units (IEUs), a change in the definition of "major source," and the addition of the definitions of "continuous compliance" and "intermittent compliance." The results of the rule will be administrative and not environmental in nature. |
