Description This report is organized to provide the current context for scrap tire management in Washington and the region while also meeting legislative requirements of SHB 2308 cited below. There are many types of scrap tire management programs which provide information, examples, and lessons learned. Capturing some of those key experiences here provides a basis for improving scrap tire management in Washington State.
