Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is issuing an order to Bee Jay Scales, Inc. to conduct a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study of agrochemical and pesticide contaminated soil and ground water at the Bee Jay Scales site. Your comments on the proposed Agreed Order and Enforcement Order are welcome from June 5, 2002 through July 5, 2002.
