| Description | La gente utiliza los ríos, lagos y arroyos de la cuenca Wenatchee para varios propósitos como el corte de madera, agricultura, necesidades municipales y industriales, recreo y agua de beber. Estas aguas también son importantes para el desove y cría de varias especies de salmónidos y como un hogar para otra vida silvestre. Sin embargo, la contaminación pone en peligro la salud de la cuenca y puede acabar con los varios usos del agua. Las aguas dentro de la cuenca Wenatchee estuvieron listadas como contaminadas y identificadas como en necesidad de planes de limpieza o TMDLs. | ||||
