Description This handout was used during the workshops for the Eastern Washington Stormwater Manual and Model Program.

The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is in the process of updating and reissuing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and state waste discharge general permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities five acres or larger. This is commonly referred to as the “Construction Stormwater General Permit.”
