It is based on the Skokomish River Basin Fecal Coliform Bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load Study (Seiders, 2001, referred to in this document at “the TMDL study”), and the Skokomish River Basin Fecal Coliform Total Maximum Daily Load Submittal Report (Barreca, 2001).
