| Description | This report contains maps and information on the known distribution of noxious aquatic weeds in Washington State. It also contains a list of all waterbodies with detailed aquatic plant data. In addition, an update on research projects conducted in 2002 is provided. These consisted of: investigating the effects of the contact herbicide endothall on the aquatic plant community of Kress Lake (Cowlitz County), studying the impacts of a whole lake fluridone treatment on Egeria densa (Brazilian elodea) and Myriophyllum spicatum (Eurasian watermilfoil) in Loomis Lake (Pacific County), and a project studying biological control agents for M. spicatum. |
