Description The Washington State Department of Ecology and the Port of Bellingham have negotiated a draft legal agreement to perform an interim action and a remedial investigation/feasibility study at the former Weldcraft Steel & Marine site. The agreed order is currently available for public comment from April 29, 2003 through May 28, 2003.
