Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is providing an opportunity for the public to comment on the Cleanup Action Plan (CAP) and the issuance of a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) for the cleanup of pesticide contaminated soil at the former Cascade Helicopters site located at the Cashmere-Dryden Airport in Cashmere, Washington. The public comment period is from August 8, 2003 through September 8, 2003.
