Description The Washington State Department of Ecology proposes a consent decree with the Weyerhaeuser Company and E.I. Dupont de Nemours Company to clean up lead and arsenic-contaminated soil and groundwater at the former Dupont Works. The public is invited to review and comment on the proposed consent decree, cleanup action plan, and remedial investigation/risk assessment/feasibility study from January 22, 2003 through April 23, 2003.
