Description The 2003 legislative session marks the tenth anniversary of Washington’s Reclaimed Water Use Act, Chapter 90.46 RCW. This legislation initiated a fundamental shift in wastewater management and ushered in a new era of integrated water and wastewater management to meet the growing demands of our state.
