Description | This detailed implementation plan (DIP) document outlines the steps that will be taken in an effort to reduce water temperatures in the Teanaway River basin in central Washington State. This document conforms to the intents and purposes of the Teanaway Temperature TMDL and extends the stream cooling strategies found in earlier reports written for this TMDL. This Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for temperature in the Teanaway River basin addresses the seven segments of the north, west, middle and main forks of the Teanaway, plus Stafford Creek, as included on the 1996 and 1998 Section 303(d) lists of impaired surface waters. |
