Description | The purpose of the Lower White River Temperature Study is to collect sufficient data for potential use in a predictive temperature model of the study area. If used, the model would help distinguish between temperature exceedences that occur naturally and those that occur due to various human activities. The temperature study will investigate current temperature conditions in and just upstream of the White River bypass reach and in its main tributary, Boise Creek, and evaluate the sources of heat. | ||||
