Description This document is the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) for the Upper Humptulips
River. It is based on the findings of the East/West Humptulips Watershed Analysis
(Rayonier, draft), and the Upper Humptulips River Watershed Temperature Total
Maximum Daily Load (Water Cleanup Plan) Submittal Report (Peredney et.al, 2001),
referred to in this document as “the TMDL” the Upper Humptulips River Watershed
Temperature Total Maximum Daily Load Study Technical Report (Cleland et.al, 2001).
