Description Economic Impact Statement for proposed revisions to the Dangerous Waste Regulations, including incorporating recent federal hazardous waste requirements into the state's regulations, and implementing recommendations of the Hazardous Waste Facilities Initiative. Proposed revisions include adding mercury-containing devices to the universal waste rule, updating export requirements, adopting air emission permit rules, amendments to corrective action rules, and changes to the Hazardous Waste Facilities Initiative to extend financial requirements to recyclers and used oil processors.
