Description The Washington State Department of Ecology has prepared this fact sheet pursuant to the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Chapter 70.105D to provide you with information about the No Further Action determination and proposed delisting of the Former Unocal Service Station 0855 site from the state’s Hazardous Sites List. Ecology’s proposal to delist the site is open for a 30-day public comment period between May 26, 2004 and June 25, 2004.
