Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to enter into a Consent Decree with Tiger Oil Corporation (Tiger) and Federated Service Insurance Company. Ecology is inviting the public to comment on the proposed Consent Decree and CAP from August 18, 2004 through September 17, 2004.
