Description The Washington Department of Ecology, Briggs Nursery, Inc., and Gary Briggs have agreed to a Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA, Chapter 70.105D RCW) order to conduct a remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS) and risk assessment of soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water contaminated with pesticides, metals, PCBs, and dioxins/furans at the Briggs Nursery site. The comment period is July 30th through August 31, 2004.
