Description This purpose of this guidance is to assist utilities, resource agencies, other stakeholders, and the public to understand Ecology’s roles and responsibilities in the licensing of hydroelectric projects.

The guidance is designed to be used on line. There are a number of web address
and links to additional information. Ecology may update the document if major
revisions become necessary.
