A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the State of Washington, the US bureau of reclamation and Columbia basin irrigation districts. The MOU coordinates and facilitates cooperation between the parties on the Columbia River Initiative (CRI). CRI was eventually codified as the Columbia River Program, RCW 90.90. |
