Description | The Wallula PM10 Maintenance Plan is a request to EPA to redesignate the Wallula PM10 nonattainment area to attainment (meeting federal air quality standards). It is also a plan to maintain the federal health standard for PM10 in the area for 10 years after redesignation. PM10 is particulate matter (particles in the air — like dust, pollen, and mold) 10 microns or less in diameter. | ||||
