This document gives notice that Ecology has adopted changes to its regulation for New Source Review, Chapter 173-400 WAC, General Regulations for Air Pollution Sources. The purpose of the rule changes are to accommodate federal changes to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) rule. |
