| Description | Between May 2002 and May 2004, the Department of Ecology conducted a streamflow assessment on the Wenatchee River and selected tributaries. The project was divided into two study years. The streamflow assessment was conducted in support of a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) study for temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and fecal coliform. Continuous stage height recorders were installed at four sites during each of the two study years, and discharge rating curves were developed for each site by relating various stage height values to corresponding discharge measurements. Rating curves were developed at five additional sites with no continuous monitoring during year one of the study. |
