Description Briggs Nursery, Inc. is conducting a cleanup of contaminated soil at its Olympia site under an agreement with the Department of Ecology (Ecology). The soils are contaminated with low levels of a chlorinated pesticide called dieldrin, and polychlorinated bi-phenyls (PCBs).
