Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is establishing a water quality clean-up plan or total maximum daily load (TMDL) for the Washington State portion of the Walla Walla basin that covers the pollution parameters of chlorinated pesticides and PCBs. This TMDL will address potential impairments of beneficial uses of the Walla Walla River and its tributaries in Washington State.
