Description The Department of Ecology (Ecology) adopted a new regulation for the Stillaguamish River basin in September 2005. Formally called an "Instream Resources Protection and Water Resources Program," the rule is designed to protect salmon and other important resources in the watershed that depend on having adequate stream flows.
