Description This document presents the state fiscal year 2007 (FY 2007) Draft Offer and Applicant List. The
list is generated during the annual funding cycle to propose the distribution of water quality
funding from three fund sources: the Centennial Clean Water Program (Centennial); the federal
Clean Water Act Section 319 Nonpoint Source Program (Section 319); and the Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Program (SRF). A separate document, the State
Revolving Fund Draft Intended Use Plan is also issued in conjunction with this combined
funding list.
