Description This updated version of publication #06-10-091 incorporates rule language adopted by Ecology in 2024 on the following:
•Natural conditions provisions – see Appendix A for federal review status
•Aquatic life toxic criteria – See appendix D for federal review status and criteria in place for CWA actions
•Human Health criteria – adopted updates approved by EPA
This document also contains appendices that describe the federal approval status of previously adopted updates to the water quality standards, and information on the criteria in effect until those updates are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency.
