Description | The Water Resources Program is proposing to amend Chapter 173-134A WAC, Quincy Ground Water Subarea Management Policy. The rule amendment is in response to a formal petition the department received on January 3, 2006 and amended in a letter on January 11, 2006. The amendment will allow unperfected (water not put to beneficial use) ground water transfers to the place of use and provide new development schedules for extension requests when applying for non-agricultural permits in the Quincy Basin Ground Water Subarea (Quincy Basin). | ||||||
