| Description | This Environmental Performance Partnership Agreement (PPA) describes the environmental work of, and documents commitments between, the Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The document includes activities of the water, hazardous waste, and air programs of Ecology and EPA for the period from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2009. This biennial agreement is scheduled to coincide with the state biennial budget process. This PPA does not restrict the legal oversight or enforcement authority of EPA. | ||||
