Description This document explains how Ecology plans to implement changes to Chapter 173-480 WAC. All the changes that were made on this rule incorporate requirements of the federal air quality program. The rule restates the federal program. The principal permit writers of radionuclide permits (more accurately called licenses) are in the Washington Department of Health. Washington Department of Health license writers will use these changes to write air quality as they write permits
