Within its enforcement discretion, the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) will refrain from enforcing portions of the Dangerous Waste Regulations [Chapter 173-303 Washington Administrative Code (WAC)] at facilities meeting the conditions of the policy. | ||||
