Description | This is the interim report to the Legislature on the progress of the Shellfish Aquaculture Regulatory Committee created by House Bill 2220, which was adopted in 2007. This report provides a brief overview of the work accomplished by the Committee to date. It also provides a look ahead at future work and anticipated products. Recommendations and findings of the Committee will be provided in a second report to the Legislative committees by December 2008. The project is expected to conclude by June 2009. |
