Description This is the interim report to the Legislature on the progress of the Shellfish Aquaculture Regulatory Committee created by House Bill 2220, which was adopted in 2007.

This report provides a brief overview of the work accomplished by the Committee to date. It also provides a look ahead at future work and anticipated products. Recommendations and findings of the Committee will be provided in a second report to the Legislative committees by December 2008. The project is expected to conclude by June 2009.
