Description Rule language is now available for comment.
Starting July 12, 2007, the Department of Ecology is accepting comments on a rule proposal affecting the Electronic Product Recycling Program WAC 173-900 and Dangerous Waste Regulations WAC 173-303. The formal comment period ends August 30, 2007.

A SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS), a Small Business Economic Impact Statement (SBEIS), and a preliminary cost-benefit analysis on this proposal are also available for comment at this time. Comments are also due by 5:00 PM on August 30, 2007.
